Taganay National Park is situated I the mountain part of the Chelyabinsk Region. The territory of the park is hard to reach and not practicable for transport means. Which is more, construction of permanent facilities is prohibited in the Park due to its conservation status. The purpose of the project is to ensure uninterrupted power supply to the tourist infrastructure objects. By the moment, all the tourist shelters and the Black Rock ecological and touristic complex.
