Creation of a 7.17 MW Jenbacher gas-piston power plant heat recovery system for a greenhouse complex in the Moscow Region

In 2025 “WARM” Company implemented a project to create a highly efficient waste heat recovery system at the Jenbacher gas-piston power plant and ensure reliable heat supply to the greenhouse complex in the Moscow Region. The company's engineers have created united heat exchanger design for all 11 GPUs and implemented a cascade heat recovery system. The implementation of the project helped to increase the overall efficiency of the energy center from 45% to 85%, achieve annual energy savings of up to 42 million rubles, and reduce the carbon footprint by 5,200 tons of CO₂ per year.
