The designed object is located on the territory of the Bilibinsky district of the Chukotka Autonomous District of the Russian Federation. This area is remote and hard to reach, belongs to the regions of the Far North. The main purpose of construction of the object is substitution of electric and heat capacities due to decommissioning of Bilibino Nuclear Power Station (Rosenergoatom Joint-Stock Company). The object is currently at the design stage.
