Solar elements produced under this technology outrival world class analogues in terms of efficiency. The technical result is achieved due to particular curving of the panel surface and shaping specific nanoparticle size structures on it. The efficiency of 30% has already been reached thanks to the technology provided. The technology does not demand large expenses and can be integrated into the one applied. A patent has been received for development.
