Kachanovichi solar energy unit located in the Republic of Belarus
Minsk region
The project has been implemented near Kachanovichi village located in the Minsk region of the Republic of Belarus. It is designed for production of electric power from the natural solar radiation and its transmission to the electric network of Minskenergo. High capacity grain drying facilities located in this region demand additional volumes of electric power. The photovoltaic power station produces 1726 thousand kW/h and resolves the issue of power outages for about one thousand residential houses.
