Development of a steam strainer of a steam turbine control box with minimal hydraulic resistance

A steam strainer has been developed in the frames of this project to reduce the total pressure loss due to external 2 cm deflections of the strainer side wall in the middle section from top to bottom and confuser openings. The solution allows to reduce loss by 2,1 times.
