Schweighofer — BHKW 2 Hallein is the first biogas fueled power station built in Austria. The object has been built for AustroCel Hallein GmbH enterprise, a large producer of textile pulp located in Hallein, Austria. The capacity of the power station is 3,7 MW. Within the first year of operation the genset achieved the availability rate of 99,81%.
