Development and Production of the Heat and Power Plant EGP-9-00 for JSC «Transmashholding» (R&D)

At the initiative of JSC «Transmashholding» two pilot gas piston units EGP-9-00 were produced based on the engine-generator 1-9GMG manufactured by JSC «Kolomensky Zavod.» Within the framework of this project, the competing company developed and manufactured the gas piston power plant with a 6.3 kV distribution device, EGP-9-00, based on this engine. This project represents the first solution in Russia for the creation of a heat and power plant using the engine-generator 1-9GMG from JSC «Kolomensky Zavod» which has no prior operational experience.
