Boiler Modernization: Utilizing Flue Gases from the Boiler in a Carbon Dioxide Generation System for the Food Industry

Based on an existing steam boiler with a capacity of 84 tons per hour, an automated system for monitoring and supplying flue gases to a liquid carbon dioxide generator with a capacity of 1000 kg/h was designed and constructed. As a result, the flue gases from the industrial boiler are redirected for technological needs in production. This significantly reduces the volume of harmful substances emitted into the atmosphere.
