DELTA 4.4-M Selective Catalytic Reduction System

DELTA 4.4-M – an innovative exhaust gas purification system for gas piston installations from nitrogen oxides and carbon monoxide, developed by the Valdex Energetika team for greenhouse complexes. High-purity carbon dioxide is produced due to the system's operation, which is necessary for intensive plant growth. The control system monitors the co₂ content in the greenhouse. If it is too low, the computer sends a DELTA CO₂ request to the installation. The unit injects a reducing agent in front of the catalyst and reduces the toxic substances in the exhaust gases. The installation of this system saves 1 million rubles per month from 1 MW of electric power and increases the yield of the greenhouse complex by up to 40%.
