The Oymyakon community is referred to as the «Pole of Cold» The average temperature in January is -50°C, with a population of around 500 residents. Therefore, power outages can only occur during the summer. ENELT Group was tasked with upgrading a diesel power station and creating a hybrid power supply system within a short timeframe (from May to November 2024). The commissioned autonomous hybrid energy complex combines a diesel power station (1 MW), a solar power station (231 kW), and an energy storage system (150 kW). Smart heat utilization techniques were implemented in the AHEC.
