Creation of a 7.17 MW Jenbacher gas-piston power plant heat recovery system for a greenhouse complex in the Moscow Region

In 2025, VARM implemented a project to create a highly efficient waste heat recovery system for a "Jenbacher" gas piston power plant and ensure reliable heat supply to a greenhouse complex in the Moscow Region. The company's engineers developed a unified heat exchanger design for all 11 gas piston units (GPUs) and introduced a cascading heat recovery system.

- Thermal capacity of one unit: 651.64 kW
- Total thermal capacity of the system: 7.17 MW
Implementation of the project helped increase the overall efficiency of the energy center from 45% to 85%, achieve annual savings on energy resources of up to 42 million rubles, and reduce the carbon footprint by 5,200 tons of CO₂ per year.
