Online broadcast of the Solemn ceremony of the Award-2020 will be available on the Distributed Power Generation Association’s website on December, 11

The VIII Distributed Power Generation — Great Achievements International Award has entered the final stage of the preparations. The names of the winners of the major industry contest of the year will be announced on December, 11, in Moscow. They have implemented innovative distributed and alternative power generation projects in the complicated conditions of the today world economy. Online broadcast of the ceremony will be available for everyone on the Distributed Power Generation Association website energo-union.com.

This year the Solemn Ceremony of the VIII Distributed Power Generation — Great Achievements International Award will be held in a combined mode: offline part of the event will be held in the Congress Hall of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation (entrance by invitation cards); and online part will be available all over the world. From any place on the planet you will be able to join the broadcast and be among the first to know the pioneering distributed power generation projects and technologies as well as the names of those to get Golden Lightning this year.

The online broadcast of the ceremony will be available for everyone on the Distributed Power Generation Association’s website as well as on organization’s profiles on Facebook and Instagram social networks.

All the registered participants will also be provided with an access to all presentation and video materials of the event.

The event will be divided into three major parts:

greetings from the leading distributed and alternative energy (both offline and online: the online participation of the experts from Germany, Austria and France is being arranged);
presentations of the most interesting contestant projects of the year 2020 chosen in accordance with the Expert Council’s recommendations (offline and online);
ceremony of awarding the winners according to the results of the Expert and Public voting.

Experts discussed the distributed generation development in the Far East and the Arctic within the framework of EXPO 2020

Within the framework of the World exhibition EXPO 2020 in Dubai there were held a field session of the Eastern Economic Forum on «Development of Energy Infrastructure in Remote Areas Using Distributed Generation and Renewable Energy Technologies: the Investment Potential of the Far East and the Arctic». The event was organized by the Far East and Arctic Development Corporation jointly with the Distributed Power Generation Association and the All-Russia public organization Business Russia with the support of the Ministry for the Development of the Russian Far East and the Roscongress Foundation.
