Technonicol's "Green office" for geothermal heat pumps in Ryazan

In the summer of 2025, the opening of the green office of Technonicol, equipped with advanced renewable energy solutions, took place in Ryazan. The Project implemented a system of Russian-made geothermal and air heat pumps with a total capacity of 448 kW, as well as a solar power plant. The heat node has become the "core" of the Project: 8 geothermal wells have been installed, and 160 wells with a total length of 8000 meters have been drilled. The heating and cooling of the building works due to the heat of the earth. The Green Office not only reduces heating costs by 3 times and air conditioning by 10 times, but also reduces the carbon footprint of the building by 5 times, making the project an example of sustainable development in commercial real estate.
