Technonicol's "Green office" for geothermal heat pumps in Ryazan

In summer 2025, the "green office" of TechnoNICOL opened in Ryazan, equipped with advanced renewable energy solutions. The project implemented a system of Russian-made geothermal and air-source heat pumps with a total capacity of 448 kW, as well as a solar power station.

The thermal unit became the "core" of the project: 8 geothermal heat pumps were installed, 8 geothermal wells were constructed, and 160 boreholes with a total length of 8,000 meters were drilled. Heating and cooling of the building are provided by earth's heat.

Solar panels fully cover daytime electricity consumption for operating the heat pumps, which automatically manage heating, cooling, and ventilation of the building, creating a comfortable microclimate and maximum energy efficiency.

The "Green Office" not only reduces heating costs by 3 times and air conditioning costs by 10 times but also decreases the building's carbon footprint by 5 times, making the project an example of sustainable development in commercial real estate.

The use of domestic innovative technologies based on Earth's heat demonstrates practical benefits and environmental responsibility, confirming that renewable energy is no longer the future but a reality that is accessible and effective today.
