Boris Titov, Presidential Commissioner for Entrepreneurs’ Rights, greeted the contestants and organizers of the VIII Distributed Power Generation — Great Achievements International Award. In his appeal the business ombudsman hoped that the Award-2020 will identify top-rank projects of the year and the best technological solutions in the distributed power generation industry which will help Russian enterprises save on energy resources and, consequently, increase marketability in the international market.
The appeal, amongst the other things, says:
This year, the Award will be granted for the eighth time that demonstrates not only the professional community recognition of the competition, but also the fact that the distributed power generation industry is actively developing. That is entirely understandable. To this date distributed power technologies are one of the most effective tools of reducing expenditures for electricity and heating energy, increasing industrial energy efficiency of Russian enterprises. Under tough economic conditions these business challenges are more relevant than ever.
I am sure that the International Award-2020 will identify top-rank projects of the year and the best technological solutions in the distributed power generation industry which will help Russian enterprises save on energy resources and, consequently, increase marketability in the international market. I hope that the Award-2020 will help to enhance scientific and technical capabilities, production and technological potential, expand international cooperation in the energy sector, which is one of the most important for Russia.
I wish the participants of the VIII Distributed Power Generation — Great Achievements International Award victory and successful implementation of power projects, also I wish the experts and the organizers of the competition fruitful work.
