ENELT Group - General Partner of the Award-2024

ENELT Group is one of the leading Russian manufacturers of uninterruptible and guaranteed power supply systems for energy, industry, telecommunications, and transport sectors. It has become the General Partner of the X International Award «Distributed Power Generation - Great Achievements», supporting the key mission of the award - the development of distributed and renewable energy in Russia.

For 17 years, ENELT Group has been providing the Russian market with advanced solutions and opportunities for the development of the country's economy. To date, the company has successfully completed over 1,000 projects, has its own production facilities, engineering centers, as well as offices located in Russia and the CIS.

ENELT Group's activities cover over 16 areas, including the design and production of turnkey autonomous hybrid energy complexes (AHEC) based on renewable energy sources, diesel generation systems, and energy storage, all of which are controlled by an automated process control system (APCS) developed in-house using machine learning and artificial intelligence technologies.

In addition, since 2015, the company has been actively involved in investment projects aimed at modernizing diesel, fuel oil, and coal generation in remote and hard-to-reach areas of Russia, including the Arctic, Siberia, and the Far East.

In the Moscow region and the Republic of Tatarstan, there are dedicated centers for uninterruptible power supply systems (both DC and AC), metalworking, and the production of switchgear of any complexity, based on the manufacturing facilities of ENELT Group.

The production of ENELT Group is certified according to the GOST ISO 9001-2011 standard and has certifications from ROSATOM and the Federal Grid Company of Unified Energy System (FGC UES) of Russia. Due to the high quality of the company's products, major electrical grid and power generation holdings in Russia trust it to handle complex tasks in the field of intelligent energy.

This year, ENELT Group is participating as the General Partner of the 10th International Prize «Distributed Power Generation - Great Achievements» for the first time, supporting the key mission of the contest – the development of distributed and renewable energy. The organizing committee has received 72 applications from Russia and the UAE, confirming the growing authority of the award in the industry community. The results of the competition will be announced on December 13 at a formal ceremony at the headquarters of «Business Russia» in Moscow.

Summary of the Final Meeting of the Advisory Council for the 2024 Award

On November 27, the final meeting of the Advisory Council for the X International Award «Distributed Power Generation - Great Achievements» took place. It was held at the headquarters of Business Russia, and the meeting convened experts from the capital, with over 20 additional experts connecting online from Novosibirsk, Khabarovsk, Simferopol, Chelyabinsk, Yekaterinburg, as well as the United Arab Emirates. Representatives from business, academia, and leading industry organizations noted the high level of organization for this year's award. They discussed the competitive projects and reached a final decision on the winners.

Registration Opens for the 2024 Awards Ceremony

The X International Award «Distributed Power Generation – Great Achievements» is approaching its final stage. On December 13th in Moscow, the names of the winners of the main industry contest of the year will be announced—those who have implemented innovative projects in small-scale distributed and renewable energy during a challenging period for the global economy, introduced import phase-out technologies, and continued to provide accessible energy resources to enterprises. This year, the event will take place at the headquarters of the All-Russian Public Organization «Business Russia»

Exclusive: On the Development of Distributed Energy in China

In recent years, the Chinese government has provided significant support for the development of distributed energy within the country. According to the outlined plans during the «14th Five-Year Plan» period, there are substantial opportunities for expanding distributed energy in the Middle Kingdom. As of early 2023, the total installed capacity of distributed energy in China was approximately 250.005 GW. In comparison, these figures are significantly lower in Russia, hovering around 20-24 GW.
