On November 18 on the sidelines of the World Exhibition EXPO 2020 in Dubai the cooperation agreement between the Distributed Power Generation Association and the Far East and Arctic Development Corporation was signed. Organizations intend to cooperate within the scope of investment projects implementation in the field of the distributed generation in remote and isolated areas of the Far East and Arctic as well as on presentation of the Russian Federation as an industry leader at the World Energy Congress in St. Petersburg in 2022.

On November 18, 2021, 15:00 - 16:30 (UAE time), within the framework of the business program of the EXPO 2020 Dubai World Exhibition, a panel session on Development of Energy Infrastructure in Remote Areas Using Distributed Generation and Renewable Energy Technologies: The Investment Potential of the Far East and the Arctic will be held in the conference hall of the National Pavilion of Russia. The event will be organized by the Far East and Arctic Development Corporation (FEADC), the Ministry for Development of the Russian Far East and Arctic, the Distributed Power Generation Association (DPGA) and the All-Russia public organization Business Russia.

The business mission of the All-Russian public organization Business Russia to the United Arab Emirates has been completed. The delegation of Russian entrepreneurs, led by the organization's Business Ambassador to the UAE, President of the Distributed Power Generation Association Maksim Zagornov, successfully performed at the 23^rd International Exhibition on Water Treatment, Energy Technologies and Environmental Protection WETEX-2021 in Dubai. The combined exposition aroused great interest among the exhibitors. In just three days, more than 50 meetings and strategic negotiations with representatives of business and the UAE government took place at the organization's stand. Specific agreements were reached on the development of joint projects in the United Arab Emirates.

The delegation of Business Russia and Distributed Power Generation Association attended the EXPO-2020 World Exhibition within the framework of its business mission to the United Arab Emirates. Sergei Kolushev, the director of Eventica agency, presented the concept of the Russian Pavilion.

On October 6, on the sidelines of the International Exhibition WETEX-2021 in Dubai, the ceremony of awarding the IX International Award Distributed Power Generation — Great Achievements took place. The prestigious industry award from Russia was presented to Dubai Electricity and Water Authority (DEWA) for innovative projects in the field of solar and hydrogen energy, as well as a significant contribution to the development of green energy and the consolidation of efforts for sustainable development.

October 5, the business mission of Business Russia and Distributed Power Generation Association to the International Exhibition on Water Management and Treatment, Energy Production and Environmental Protection WETEX-2021 officially started. The event takes place on the site of the EXPO 2020 World Exhibition and, according to the organizers, gathered more than 10,000 visitors on the first day alone. Business Russia is represented at WETEX by 10 companies that have brought unique developments and technologies to Dubai, many of which have no analogues in the world.

On September 29, on the eve of the Business mission of Business Russia to the 23^rd International Exhibition on Water Management and Treatment, Energy Production and Environmental Protection WETEX-2021, an online session was held where the innovative power projects of Dubai Electricity and Water Authority (DEWA) were presented. Vice President of DEWA Abdul Syed Abdul Hameed made a review report. Russian companies — participants of the business mission — also presented their projects. The special guest of the event was The Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the United Arab Emirates to the Russian Federation H.E. Mohammed Ahmed Al Jaber.

DEWA Vice President Abdul Syed Abdul Hameed will deliver an overview presentation. Russian companies — participants of the Business Russia mission at WETEX will also present their projects. The event will be broadcast on the website of the Distributed Power Generation Association.

On October 26^th the Subcommittee on Distributed Power Generation of Business Russia and Distributed Power Generation Association will lead the project conference «Own power generation at the enterprise: innovative engineering solutions of leading engineering companies». The event will be held within the business program of the 6^th International specialized exhibition HEAT&POWER in Moscow. The representatives of leading Russian companies and industry organizations will participate in the conference. Online broadcasting of the event will be available on the website of Distributed Power Generation Association.

For the first time in its 9-year history, the International Award Distributed Power Generation — Great Achievements will be held in a new, experimental format. This year, in order to intensify international cooperation, only foreign companies will be invited to participate in the prestigious industry competition; and the winners will be announced in October in Dubai on the sidelines of the 23rd International Exhibition on Water Management and Treatment, Energy Production and Environmental Protection WETEX-2021, the first industry exhibition at EXPO-2020.

The Distributed Power Generation Association with the all-Russian public organization Business Russia is forming a fundamental business mission to the 23rd International Exhibition on Water Management and Treatment, Energy Production and Environmental Protection WETEX-2021 and Dubai Solar Show. The event will be held in the grounds of the World Exhibition EXPO-2020 in Dubai on October 5-7. The Exhibition will be opened on October 1 and become the most anticipated world event. WETEX-2021 will be the first specialized exhibition at EXPO-2020 and will provide its participants with unique opportunities to establish direct business contacts with partners from all over the world.

On May 19, in Moscow, within the framework of the International Exhibition of Technologies for Livestock and Field Fodder Production AGROS-2021, the all-Russian Decentralized Power Supply to Enterprises of the Agro-Industrial Complex of Russia Conference will be held for the first time. The event will be organized by three leading industry associations standing together: Distributed Power Generation Association, NP Photovoltaic Industry Association and Russian Association of Wind Power Industry.

On April 27, the Innovation Summit Moscow 2021 starts working in Moscow — a global event dedicated to digital transformation, business efficiency in the turbulent world economy and digital technologies to combat climate change. The event is organized by a member of the Distributed Power Generation Association, Schneider Electric.

From 22 to 24 June 2021 in Moscow, on the site of the Expocentre Fairgrounds, an international exhibition and forum on renewable energy and electric transport RENWEX 2021 will be held. The purpose of the events is to create conditions for the development of fundamental tools for interaction and effective work within the industry, which is expressed by the exhibition motto: «We are creating the future of renewable energy together!» The Russian Distributed Power Generation Association will become an information partner for RENWEX 2021.

A new monograph by Pavel Ilyushin, Vice-President of the Distributed Power Generation Association on Science, Doctor of Technical Sciences has been published. The study, co-authored by doctors of technical sciences Boris Papkov and Alexander Kulikov, is devoted to improving the reliability and efficiency of modern power supply. The monograph can be found on the website of the Distributed Power Generation Association.
